What a Real Gift Art is!

What a real Gift Art is, be it paintings or photographs, one artist I have admired for a long time is Greg Olsen, I have had calendars of his and also photo cards.

Some years back one night I had a dream and in it I saw a "vision" of Our Loving Savour Jesus Christ sat with five children around him, it was only when I looked closer I saw the faces of those children, I was one of them and around me were some of the Best Friends I have who I look as Brothers, all RM's - what warmth it gave me.

I am a real one for the bargains on Ebay, I have wanted for years a figurine by Greg Olsen but they are so expensive to go with the "Christos" that some Friends got me from Provo. Well a few weeks ago I saw a new figurine of Greg's on Ebay and it seemed perfect, I bid a minimum of $20 and it came back reserve not met. Well no one bid against me and a few hours before bidding the seller reduced the minimum to my bid and I won it!

This morning it arrived and I am so pleased with it, brand new, never opened an unwanted gift - I see my dream once more in it and e en my Brothers.

Mom's Birthday

Today would have been Mom's Birthday, it was so peaceful this morning at the cemetery, though so close to the mainA580 road which runs from Liverpool to Manchester, inside all you hear are the squirrels and rabbits running around - Mom loved flowers and on the grave they looked so nice.

On my "myspace" page I have the music by the Philly Group The Intruders playing called "I'll Always Love My Mama" this in fact was the first ever record I played on the radio when I started in my late teens, fulfilling an ambition to be on the radio, which so many told me I would never do, that night Mom sat listening on her own so proud! - Still every day I feel her always by my side.

States of Grace

Over the Easter Weekend at long last I managed to get around to watching my DVD of "States of Grace" - I have had it since it was released and wondered how it would compare with "God's Army"

For me it was amazing and though "God's Army" was great this was even better, some fine acting and the soundtrack music was superb.

But it was the final section that really touched me and especially for Easter it said so much with actions and not words. "The Living Nativity" what a sign it showed of Forgiveness and New Birth! - no sermon was needed, often tears roll down my face watching movies but I literally cried.

Just hope many get the same Blessing.

Easter Sunday

This Easter Sunday I remember those special friends who have become extended family to me as Brothers and Sisters - Last night I watched the movie "States of Grace" and the ending which featured a Living Nativity was so moving, no words were needed actions spoke louder - Forgiveness and New Birth.

It has taken me absolutely ages to work out how to upload images to "Blog" but I have done it and even longer to get a pic in my profile.
